- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Sent me to the credit bureau for $2 that I didn't even know I owed after I paid what their website said my balance was. Tried to talk to someone about it and she was very rude and told me she couldn't help me and didn't even want my payment because they "already paid it off because it was less than $5". These people can easily reverse this 30 day late but rather lose a potential future customer over $2. Just another example of how they are NOT willing to help you!!!
