- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We had an auto loan with these incompetent fools. It has been paid off for 2 months, and the account was closed. They are still taking auto drafts from our bank account, and I am beyond frustrated. Every time it happens, they "can't" just refund the payment; we have to go get a paper check from one of their limited-hour locations, and deposit it back into our bank account.
